Donations
Monetary
donations are always welcome. Many times we can purchase helmets and
other needed items in bulk and receive a better price.
Donation of products or services:
There are many products and services that are used by Helmets 4 Kids from printing of fliers and t-shirts to the use of items like stamps, staples,as well as many other items. Sponsor level is determined by the value of products or services donated.
Sponsors Levels and Benefits:
If
your Business or organizations would like to be sponsors, you may be
Helmets 4 Kids sponsors or may sponsor a specific event. We have four
sponsor levels Beginning Rider, Hobby Rider, Advanced Rider and Expert
Rider. All levels
of donors have the opportunity to have their names on our website and
event banners, pamphlets, and other media, unless an event is chosen to be sponsored in it's
entirety by another business. The size and color of names or logo's are
determined by Sponsorship level. All levels of sponsor are welcome to provide appropriate promotional items to be handed out at our events.
Beginning Rider ($500 or Less)
As a Beginning level sponsor you will receive your business or organization's name
listed in black and white on our sponsor page, event banner,
fliers and other print media.
Hobby Rider ($501 to $999)
As a Hobby level sponsor you will have your business or organization's name listed in color on our sponsor page, event
banner, fliers and other print media. Ability to have an informational table at one event.
Advanced Rider ($1000 to $2499)
As an Advanced level donor you will receive a link to your website or a listing with your address and phone number on our sponsor page. Your name will appear in color on our event banners fliers and other print media. Ability to have an informational table or booth at 2 to 4 events based on sponsorship level.
Expert Rider ( $2500 and UP)
As a Expert level sponsors you will have a link with your logo on the top one-third of our sponsors page (as a link if you wish). Your logo will be printed in color on event banners and have priority placement. Ability to have an informational booth or table at 5 or more events based on event and to be the only business with a booth at the event of your choosing.
Event Specific Sponsors ( $500 - $5000 depending on the event)
Are
you interested in your business being the only name for an event? Event
sponsors receive all the benefits of a Expert Rider level sponsor plus
their name is the only name present on the event advertising, banners
and other promotional items( fliers,radio, television, facebook, twitter). Their business logo or advertisement as an active link
is displayed on the top of our home page and the sponsors page during
the time around the event or until another event sponsor's period begins ( not less than one week). You also receive a
recognition plaque to display at your business.
Advertise your business on our helmets!!! Event & Helmet Sponsors ( $5,000 & up)
Are you interested in your business being the only name for an event and having your businesses logo on the helmets? Event & Helmet Sponsors receive all the benefits of a Event level sponsor plus their logo or contact information is on the helmets too. Minimum is $5,000 and that gets 500 helmets with your approved logo on each helmet, plus all the benefits of being an event sponsor. The more you donate the more helmets we distribute with your logo.
